Terms & Conditions

Pursuant to this Agreement, Power Lead Source.com of 25 Mazzotta Road, Stevens, PA 17578, and its "Clients" shall agree to the following terms and conditions.

1) Order Tracking / Statistics provided by Power Lead Source.com is final and binding.

2) Power Lead Source.com is not liable to replace duplicate records in the client's database. A person may signup for similar offers at different websites and at different times.

3) Power Lead Source.com will make every effort to fulfill an order within 2 business days after order placement. However, Power Lead Source.com may take up to 15 business days to completely fulfill an order.

4) In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits.

5) Power Lead Source.com sells prospect lists only. We DO NOT guarantee sales or conversions. By placing your order you agree that you can not chargeback citing dissatisfaction with quality or service.

6) The relationship between Power Lead Source.com and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Pennsylvania and the federal courts situated in the State of Pennsylvania in connection with any action arising between the parties.

7) If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the reminder of the terms shall remain in effect. Please do not place your order if you do not agree with our terms and conditions.

8) Power Lead Source.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.

9) By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract.

10.) All Order and Re-Order Cancellations can be made by contacting Power Lead Source.com anytime prior to the next billing cycle. Once the order is billed, the order cannot be canceled, nor refunded. All Cancellations will be sent a 'Cancellation Email' confirming the request. Customer agrees that no cancellations are processed unless a Cancellation email is received from Power Lead Source.com indicating that we have received and processed the request.
