Tips on Scripts First Call
This script is designed for your very first call to your prospect.

Make sure!

1. Your only expectation is to qualify this lead prior to taking to the next level
2. Be professional. Kids screaming, dogs barking, etc. are not professional
3. Be confident. Know that what you have is worth a great deal, so don’t give it away
4. Get through the bad calls quickly
5. Green means GO! If the prospect responds favorably, stick with green text
6. Red means STOP! If the prospect responds negatively, read the red text
7. Purple means WHAT NOW. Purple text will provide you with direction
8. If at any time the prospect gets ugly, mean, belligerent, read the following: “Sorry to have disturbed you Bill, I will remove you from my entrepreneur list. Have a great day.”


Hi, am I speaking with___________________?

Hello ____________, this is ____________________ and I am following up with you in regards to your interest in a marketing position with (your company) Do you have a couple of minutes right now to answer a few questions for me?

Well I can certainly appreciate that _______________ but due to my schedule I will leave us getting together at another time up to you. My name is ___________________ and my number is __________________. I will have my assistant send you an e-mail that will provide you with some additional information and all of my contact information. Thanks so much and have a great day/evening.

Great! First of all ________________, is your interest in creating extra income or are you looking for something full time?

What is the most important thing you want to accomplish with the extra money? (Use this opportunity to make a connection and let them tell you what is important to them)

Great! Before I provide you with some information I have one final question for you. If you were to join our team you would be required to work as an independent agent which means you must be motivated and have the initiative to work without supervision. Because of our enormous growth the opportunity to create significant earnings is at an all time high therefore the people we enroll must be willing to capitalize immediately. Now you want to direct them to the information you prefer to use. If you have a web site that provides them with a simple way to view your business, you can use that. If you prefer, you can three way them in to a pre-recorded message or a conference call. The bottom line is to strike while the iron is hot and schedule the follow-up.

Schedule your follow-up time. It could be 30-minutes or the next evening, but attempt to schedule it right away. When talking to the lead you sent to your site, ask the following.

7-10 That’s just what I expected ____________________, you sound like a motivated person that can do very well in this business model. Now, finish the deal and help your new associate get started. Don’t overpower your leads with information they don’t want and always use tools to help so your prospects can se how easy it is to do.
