Use this script when calling back a lead that wasn’t
able to go through the information with you on your first
call.
If by chance you get the prospects voice mail at the scheduled
time for your call, use this message:
“Hi ______________, this is _________________________
calling you for our 7:00 appointment. If you would like to
reschedule it, please give me a call back at ____________________________
or contact me through my web site (Your web site here) Thanks
and have a great evening!”
When the lead answers the phone, use this script.
Hello ____________________,
This is _________________________ getting
back with you as promised! How are you this evening?
Did you have the opportunity to review
the information we talked about?
If no, take the time to visit it together.
If yes…
Great! Based on the information you
reviewed, where would you say your interest is on a scale
of 1-10 with 10 being the most interested?
0-6 That’s not the response I
was expecting ______________________ as you seem like such
a motivated individual but I know working for yourself is
not for everyone. I will leave us getting together at another
time up to you. Thanks so much and have a great day/evening.
(This may also be a time for you to introduce them becoming
your customer)
7-10 That’s just what I expected
_____________________, you sound like a motivated person that
can do very well in this business model. What I would like
to do now is get your questions answered so we both know what
our next step will be. Your region is prime for growth so
the sooner we get started the better.
Now, finish the deal and help them get started. Don’t
overpower your leads with information they don’t want
and always use tools to help so your new associate can see
how easy it is to do.
